Bookings are made in the Jen Beauty app, free on the App Store and Google Play. Choose a service, pick a time slot and confirm your address, and we assign a professional to your booking.

We are launching in Mumbai, starting with Powai and Ghatkopar West. The app checks your exact address before you book, and if we are not in your area yet you can request it from the app.

Slots run from 11 am to 6:30 pm, every day, and you can book up to 20 days ahead. Same-day slots are shown when they are available.

Your booking shows who has been assigned, and the service only starts after you share the 4-digit service code shown in your app. Please do not share the code until your professional has arrived.

A woman beauty professional. Every professional submits identity documents and is reviewed and approved by our team before she can accept bookings.

You can pay online by UPI, debit or credit card, net banking or wallet through our secure payment partner, or choose Cash on Completion and pay once your service is done.

Yes, bookings start from ₹499. You can combine several services in one booking.

Yes, from the Bookings tab in the app. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before your slot; later cancellations may be charged as set out in our Cancellation Policy. You can reschedule up to 2 times, until 4 hours before your slot.

Yes. Share your referral code from the app: your friend receives ₹50 in wallet credit and you receive ₹100, credited after their first booking. Wallet balance can be used at checkout.
