Delete your account
You can permanently delete your JEN BEAUTY account directly in the JEN BEAUTY mobile app.
How to delete your account
- Open the JEN BEAUTY app and sign in to your account.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the information and confirm the deletion.
The deletion is permanent. If you join again using the same phone number, you will need to create a new account.
What happens to your data
- Your profile information, saved addresses, cart, notifications, and verification data are deleted.
- Your JEN BEAUTY account is deactivated and personal details in retained records are anonymized.
- Past booking and payment records may be retained in anonymized form where needed for business, tax, fraud-prevention, or legal record-keeping purposes.
